- Paid Undergrad Neuroscience Research Summer Programs
Description
Applications for the Stark Neuroscience's paid summer research programs are now open! Come study alongside nationally and internationally recognized neuroscience experts at the IU School of Medicine.
INSPIRE provides an opportunity for early and mid-career undergrads interested in Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD) to develop their interests and skills with a strong focus on mentorship. And our MedNeuro Summer Undergraduate Research Program focuses on equipping late-career neuroscience undergrads with the tools and support to make them successful in graduate school.
Both 8-week programs offer the following benefits:
- $4,000 stipend
- Housing on the IU Indianapolis campus (excluded for local participants in the Summer Undergrad Research Program)
- Mentorship by graduate students, postdoctoral, and faculty
- Community building within the Stark Neurosciences Research Institute, Medical Neuroscience graduate program, and other IU School of Medicine programs
- Present poster of summer research project at the Stark Summer Science Symposium at the end of the program
We also encourage any scientists interested in graduate programs to consider applying to our MedNeuro Graduate Program!
