Iron Range Engineering Bell Program - Minnesota State University Mankato

The Bell Program is a work-based opportunity for community college students to complete a bachelor's degree while working as an engineering and earning substantial wages.  Upon completion of community college, students complete one training semester with Bell and then embark on two years of co-op at any locations.  All types of engineers are welcome!

Pre-engineering coursework + Bell Academy (1 sem) + Internships, co-ops, design experiences (2 year) = Degree B.S. in Engineering

The Iron Range Engineering Bell Program is an award-winning, ABET-accredited program of Minnesota State University, Mankato that is designed for community college graduates. Students attend an intense semester with us either in person or remotely. They learn design and professionalism alongside technical classes, and then have the opportunity to spend 2 years working in industry as part of their degree. Our students working in industry continue to be enrolled as full-time students, and continue to interact with professors and other students, while they are working full-time in paid intern/co-op positions anywhere in the world.

We educate all types of engineers: electrical, mechanical, civil, computer, software, structural, chemical, environmental, and aeronautical, among others.
