Discover how Developmental Networks impact your professional identity as Engineers!
I am working on recruiting Freshman & Sophomore undergraduate Engineering students for this study. Just to clarify, even though the study title says "minoritized", I am requesting the Flyer to be distributed among all first and second-year students in Engineering so that they can self-identify as belonging to a certain minority background (i.e., woman, student of color, LGBTQ+, First generation students, or other marginalized identities.)
BENEFITS:
Learn how to cultivate a network of Mentors/Developers needed for developing a positive Engineering Identity
Learn how to cope with Imposter Feelings
Become member of the Community: Cultivating a Network of Developers for Engineering Students (NODES)
AND...You may qualify for a monetary incentive
SAVE THE DATES: Two Information Sessions on Oct 5 & 19 , Nov 3 & 15 at 11 am, ET AND Oct 14 & 28, Nov 9 & 22 at 5 pm, ET. Sign up here for the Study and to get Zoom link for the Sessions
